Open Pathway - March 2026 intake 

Participant Agreement


The A-Plus Inclusion Program is a professional development program for People Leaders, Human Resources and People and Culture professionals from various organisations and industries to come together and learn about neuroinclusion in the workplace. Delivered over an 8-week period, the A-Plus Inclusion program provides participants with practical tools and strategies to better support Autistic and neurodivergent employees across all stages of the employee lifecycle.

Thank you for expressing interest in participating in the A-Plus Open Program.

This agreement aims to confirm your understanding and acceptance of the terms and conditions for being a confirmed participant in the 2026 intake of the A-Plus Open Program. 



Participant Criteria 

As a participant, I understand that to take part in the A-Plus Inclusion Program comes with the following expectations:

  • I confirm that I have access to the necessary technology to complete e-learning modules and participate in online Zoom workshops.

  • I understand the time commitment and agree to complete all program elements as outlined in the A-Plus Inclusion Program course guide, including e-learning modules and workshops.

  • I understand the costs involved to participate in the A-Plus Inclusion Program and I am expected to pay the full cost upfront. I also acknowledge that the Program fees are non-refundable, including in cases where I do not attend scheduled workshops or do not fully utilise the learning resources provided.

  • I am available to attend both the workshops in my selected program focus, and I understand that the online workshops are not recorded, and non-attendance means I will miss the content provided during the session.
  • I agree to participate in pre-and post-program evaluations, including built-in e-learning assessments and post-program feedback activities. These include:

    Workshop 1 Feedback Survey (2 mins) – Completed at the end of the first workshop.
    Post-Program Feedback Survey (5 mins) – Completed after the final workshop.
    3-Month Check-In Survey – A follow-up to see what impact the program has had over time.

Amaze adheres to the principles and obligations under the Privacy Act regarding the collection, retention, use, and dissemination of data to ensure its integrity and confidentiality. For more information on how Amaze manages personal information, including how your data may be used and collected, please get in touch with us at inclusion@amaze.org.au.


Amaze will use data collected through the A-Plus Inclusion Program to identify trends, level of impact and areas of improvement. All data collected for this purpose is deidentified and aggregated for analysis and reporting.


Intellectual Property Rights:
Upon payment of the required fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

All program materials, including and not limited to course content, handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Amaze Incorporated. Participants are granted permission to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Amaze Incorporated.


Confidentiality:
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the program. This includes personal data, organisational information, and proprietary information disclosed by facilitators or fellow participants.

Amaze does not seek disclosure of Autistic or Neurodivergent identity unless willingly provided. Disclosure is a personal choice and is not a measurement for or of this program.


Code of Conduct: 
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Whilst questions are welcomed, we expect participants to use respectful and appropriate language. This includes refraining from disruptive behaviour, discriminatory language, harassment, or any other conduct that may detract from the learning experience of others.
 
 
Acknowledgement of Participation:
At the conclusion of the program, participants may request an Acknowledgement of Participation. This document is intended solely as recognition of attendance and engagement in the program. 

Amaze disclaims any responsibility for the use of the Acknowledgement of Participation in legal, regulatory, or employment matters. By enrolling in the program, you agree not to misrepresent the document’s intent or purpose.


Termination Clause: 
Amaze Incorporated reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment in the program for failure to comply with program requirements or violation of the program policies articulated above.
