A-Plus Inclusion Program: Open Pathway - Terms and Conditions
Amaze adheres to
the principles and obligations under the Privacy Act regarding the collection,
retention, use, and dissemination of data to ensure its integrity and
confidentiality. For more information on how Amaze manages personal
information, including how your data may be used and collected, please get in

Amaze will use data collected through the A-Plus Inclusion Program to identify trends, level of impact and areas of improvement. All data collected for this purpose is deidentified and aggregated for analysis and reporting.
Intellectual Property Rights:
Upon payment of the required fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the course content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.
All program materials, including and not limited to course content, handouts, presentations, and recordings, are the intellectual property of Amaze Incorporated. Participants are granted permission to use these materials solely for personal educational purposes. Reproduction, distribution, or modification of these materials is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Amaze Incorporated.
Confidentiality:
Participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of any sensitive information shared during the program. This includes personal data, organisational information, and proprietary information disclosed by facilitators or fellow participants.
Amaze does not seek disclosure of Autistic or Neurodivergent identity unless willingly provided. Disclosure is a personal choice and is not a measurement for or of this program.
Code of Conduct:
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional and respectful manner at all times. Whilst questions are welcomed, we expect participants to use respectful and appropriate language. This includes refraining from disruptive behaviour, discriminatory language, harassment, or any other conduct that may detract from the learning experience of others.
Acknowledgement of Participation:
At the conclusion of the program, participants may request an Acknowledgement of Participation. This document is intended solely as recognition of attendance and engagement in the program.
Amaze disclaims any responsibility for the use of the Acknowledgement of Participation in legal, regulatory, or employment matters. By enrolling in the program, you agree not to misrepresent the document’s intent or purpose.
Termination Clause:
Amaze Incorporated reserves the right to terminate a participant's enrolment in the program for failure to comply with program requirements or violation of the program policies articulated above.
